Writing For Jesus: Day 5

Writing For Jesus: Day 5

“All We Need”

And my God will meet ALL YOUR NEEDS according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.”
Phil 4:19

Rejoice in the Lord always. I say it again: REJOICE! Phil 4:4

This morning, I am rejoicing in the Lord for his goodness to me. Although I have walked through the valley of the shadow of death, the Lord has shown me how to “fear no evil”, for I have come to know and understand the beautiful TRUTH that TRULY…

I can do all things through CHRIST who strengthens me.” Phil 4:13

When we are in lack, suffering, hurt, persecuted, misunderstood or betrayed it’s difficult to stay positive–to “rejoice”. Paul of all people understood how hard it is to stay hopeful in the middle of the trial, and yet he wrote:

“I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances.” Phil 4:11.

Knowing what Paul went through, makes this statement nothing short of miraculous!

Then Paul reveals to us the SECRET of being content in EVERY situation: He states:

“I CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH CHRIST WHO STRENGTHENS ME.” Phil 4:13

This is HOW we can REJOICE in the midst of suffering. Knowing that Christ is ENOUGH and that HIS love is truly ALL WE NEED makes all the difference in the world!

Recently, while I was seeking the Lord in prayer about some painful heart issues, I heard His voice speak over me deeply within my spirit:

“Am I ENOUGH for YOU?

This moment was pivotal for me–to once again look inward and ask that question–is Jesus truly enough? Of course, my answer was–YES LORD!! But, I believe in that moment, I needed to be reminded to take my eyes off of the situation and put my focus back on Jesus! ❤️?

This moment of fresh anointing and surrender to Jesus led me into a worship session with the Lord unlike any other I have experienced thus far in my Christian walk. I praised and worshipped Jesus that day as though He were standing right in from of me, because His presence was that tangible for me that day!! Praise the Lord oh my soul!!❤️

This was a special experience and one that I choose to recall daily to REMEMBER that my Lord JESUS is always with me and will NEVER leave me!

I will not leave you comfortless, I will come to you. John 14:18

I think it’s important to note, that I had this encounter with the grace and love of Jesus Christ while I was seeking him in PRAYER.? What a gift PRAYER truly is!!

What a friend we have in Jesus! Truly He is the LOVER of our souls and He calls to us– to come and receive His peace that passes all understanding!

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God. Which transcends all understanding, will guard your hears and minds in Christ Jesus.

Phil 4: 6,7
